This little farm house and all it’s property that sits along Valmont Rd was donated to Boulder County a few years back! So Maurer Painting was contracted by the Historical Division Of Boulder County to restore the exterior of the farm house. (Previous blog post)
The division then went to work on the inside – updating walls and windows. Once this work was completed Maurer Painting was again contracted to paint the interior and restore all the trim and doors back to there original wood finish.
As you can see from the photos the result is nice bright walls and beautiful trim and door restoration. The little farm house looks great!
