Maurer Painting recently completed this prep for sale home in the Boulder area. As you can see (from the before picture) a lot of things are going on in this room and throughout the house, wallpaper borders, dark colors on all the walls and trim and aged discolored ceilings.
We were able to cleanly remove all the wallpaper borders, cover up the dark walls and trim (to prevent color bleed through) and get the ceilings back to a fresh look. The after picture shows the end result! Very clean look and a great set up for a sale presentation!
