Maurer Painting LLC was recently referred to this prep for sale home by the boulder listing agent! We were asked to work with the owner to select an exterior color that would take the existing light pink color off and select one that would let the home blend with the surroundings. This is one of our specialities, prep for sell homes, condos, apartment complexes etc. as you can see it looks like everything worked out great. We were contacted by the listing agent, met with the owner 2 days later, delivered and estimate the next day and 3 days later the home was ready for listing.
