Upon deciding to replace the outdated windows in their home, the clients figured it would be a good opportunity to change the 20-year-old color of their bungalow’s exterior, as well. A chance meeting at the local Benjamin Moore paint store is what led Deborah and Richard to Maurer Painting. As Richard shopped the many paint samples available, he overheard Tami Maurer, the founder of Maurer Painting, speaking with her Benjamin Moore rep. Quickly realizing that Tami was not only friendly, but highly knowledgeable, he requested her business card and discussed his and Deborah’s paint project goals. Although the homeowners had used other painters for past projects, and had planned to seek other bids, they decided that Maurer Painting would be their painting contractor of choice.

For this Boulder project, the clients chose an earthy shade of dark gray/green and charcoal for the exterior, with the perfect shade of white for the window trim.
