Process was paramount for this massive exterior painting project with a million details.

This colorful Colorado castle is a beautiful hidden gem tucked away in West Boulder. Built some 30 years ago, it was only re-painted once in those 30 years of harsh Colorado winters and sunny Summers.

The current owners brought in house manager Jake Reddy, who set a plan to tackle this hidden gem’s extreme state of deferred maintenance, restore its original beauty with a touch of fresh creativity.

“This was a big, complex project for which I interviewed several companies. We chose Maurer because they clearly understood all of the little details that go into a project this size. Their crew was hardworking, communicative, responsive, professional and attended to the million little details like real pros! We couldn’t be happier with the result.”
