The homeowner, Jennifer Cunningham, had purchased this home a few years prior and sought to refresh its interior while respecting its architectural legacy. This home, often referred to as the “grand dame” by its owner, was a striking blend of elegance and strength. With its arched entryways, exposed-beam ceilings, and classic wooden balconies, the house possessed a timeless charm that was as stunning as it was intricate. The challenge?
