THINK SPRING and EXTERIOR!!!!
NOW is the time to start thinking about the EXTERIOR of your home!
With the weather starting to warm up, you should (when you can) take a walk around the outside of your home to see how it stood up through this tough winter. With all the different ups and downs in temperatures this winter (Snow, Very Cold Temps, Melt Offs, Snow etc.) our homes took a beating on the outside.
So walk around the outside and look for:

Peeling Paint
- Cracks in the wood or joints
- Separation of joints around windows
- Peeling Paint on window frames
- Separation of joints around doors
- Peeling paint on door frames and doors
- Water Damage or joint separation on Siding
- Water Damage to soffit and overhang wood near gutters
- Cracked seams in these same areas
- Faded color on one side of the house
These are just a few of the areas to look at and consider. So on the next sunny day just go out and do a good visual inspection of the condition of your EXTERIOR! If it looks like it’s in good shape no need to do anything and great job on keeping one of your biggest investment in super shape.
